As a mom of 4 young children, and immersed into the world of fad diets, I was fortunate enough to find a community and coaching to help me learn how to properly fuel my body. Over time I gained confidence and saw how nutrition can change a body for both weight loss, and lean mass gain. I immediately fell in love with the process and want to educate others on the science of nutrition, encourage them to use the tools I give them for sustainable results rather than quick fixes, and empower them to confidently go out and continue their sustainable habits while still enjoying life, being a living testament that you can have a healthy body, mind, and spirit without food elimination, shaming, or fear-mongering.
